REQUIREMENTS
• Strong administration/writing skills
• Good communication skills in English/Filipino
• An ability to work fast and complete tasks before deadline
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• With pleasing personality and enjoys working with people
• Has a high level of confidentiality
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Must be willing to work in Pasay/Paranaque area
• Organized and has the ability to work as part of a team

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants
• Notifying existing staff of internal opportunities and issues; maintaining personnel records
• Supervise and maintain cleanliness of office- work area. Ensure all office equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases
• Tracking of vacation, sick, and personal time of employees.
• Orients new employees by providing orientation information materials; reviewing company policies
